I think that as it names suggests, this book is an excellent guide to coaches, it presents the different type of questions in a simple and organized form, easy to follow; however, at the same time, the reader can find useful and thoughtfull explanations about how to use the questions and the topics related to them. The author uses a language easy to understand even for people who do not know anything about coaching. Additionally, the reader can read the book in any order according to his(her) needs, which increases its usefulness.
