I would recommend reading this book to anyone who is responsible for developing leaders within an organization as well as anyone trying to move up the corporate ladder. The "Leadership Pipeline" process for measuring and developing people is clearly explained and the timely charts and graphs give the reader a visual explanation which really helps to clearly understand the concepts being explained. The ideas in this book have been tested and found to be effective in some of the largest and most successful corporations in the world.
