I found this series after reading several romance/paranormal books and was quite surprised at how quickly i was sucked in! Some question this book even being linked to romance, however I feel it was the possibility (or impossibility) of a romance that was the heart of the story. It's not a book for those of you that like the typical romance novel. It is not the focus of the story, but is an underlying factor. The author builds strong characters that you become attached to and a world that is ever changing and interesting. You wont be able to put the book down.
