I'm breaking a personal rule here. I haven't read this book cover to cover. It was a text for a grad school class and not all of the book was assigned (and I did enough of the assigned work to get through. So there.). But it strikes me as useful for managers who want to understand their people better. I believe in personality type and using it for team-building.
