Excellent book that covers a plethora of topics. I've gotten an older version of this copy, but I would highly recommend to anyone who's looking to invest in real estate, to start here first. There are other specializations in real estate (see my other reviews) that you can dive into and there are good guides there, but Eldred's book would be my first stop.Get more detail about Investing in Real Estate.
